You can book an assessment directly. If your situation needs coordination with a physician or further reports, we will explain that after the first visit.
A conversation about your story and goals, then a movement assessment, then a plain-language explanation and an initial plan that can change later. Session length is confirmed when you book, because it may vary with the type of assessment.
