Pain
Your back does not need heroics. It needs a kinder rhythm.

Long sitting is not inherently an enemy, but staying in one shape makes the back ask for movement. Many people look for the perfect exercise, when what they need is simple repetition: standing, a few minutes of walking, and a kinder laptop setup.
At Osteopathy we rarely start with a complex programme. We usually start with your day: how long you sit, when discomfort builds, and what you want to return to.
During a workday, try breaking the hours with short movement. If pain persists, travels into the leg, or disturbs sleep, an in-person assessment is clearer than any article.
