Rehabilitation
A staged path to rebuild movement after injury, weakness, or surgery.
When might this help?
After an injury, a period of weakness, or surgery, and for anyone who needs clearer steps back into daily life.
Our approach
We respect healing stages and raise load when signs of readiness appear. If there is medical guidance after surgery, we work within it.
Rehabilitation at Osteopathy Center is a path to rebuild capacity, not only short-term relief. We start from this stage: what you can do today, and what you want to return to. A plan may include control work, then strength, then tasks closer to your life or sport. Pace follows assessment, and is not rushed at the expense of healing.
What happens during care?
- 01Identifying the current stage and the daily goal.
- 02Assessing movement and appropriate loading.
- 03A weekly plan that can be adjusted.
What this may support
- Clearer steps from rest to activity
- Exercises that progress as you improve
- Clear language for what is appropriate between sessions

Questions we hear often
We begin by listening to your story and goals, then assess movement, discomfort, and daily function. We share what we notice and propose clear next steps.
You can book an assessment at Osteopathy directly. If your situation needs coordination with another clinician, we will explain that after the assessment.
