Women's health
Movement assessment and gentle support for discomfort linked to pregnancy, the postnatal stage, or the pelvic region.
When might this help?
For anyone seeking movement support during pregnancy or after birth, or for pelvic or lower-back discomfort, after an in-person assessment.
Our approach
We work at a gentle pace and within the limits of assessment. If there is medical guidance from an obstetrician or another clinician, we work with it and do not replace it.
Women's health at Osteopathy Center is a movement-assessment path, not an online diagnosis. We start from your story and this stage: pregnancy, the postnatal period, or discomfort in the pelvic region or lower back. A session may include a calm assessment, hands-on care when useful, and exercises that can be adapted. Responses vary, we do not promise a single outcome, and any need for medical follow-up is explained after assessment.
What happens during care?
- 01A conversation about this stage and daily symptoms.
- 02A movement assessment suited to pregnancy or the postnatal stage when relevant.
- 03Steps and exercises that can be adapted.
What this may support
- An assessment that clarifies what fits this stage
- Gentle exercises that can be adapted
- Coordination with medical follow-up when needed
