Injury rehabilitation
Rebuilding confidence after a sprain, strain, or soft-tissue injury.
When might this help?
After a recent injury, or lingering discomfort following a sprain, fall, or overload.
Our approach
We respect tissue healing stages and raise the challenge when clinical signs allow.
An injury does not always end when pain settles. We work on control and strength so you can return to activity with clearer steps. A plan may protect the early stage, then gradually reload, then add tasks closer to real life. Timeframes and responses vary with the injury and with how the plan is followed.
What happens during care?
- 01Identifying the stage of injury.
- 02Appropriate movement and loading tests.
- 03A short, clear home programme.
What this may support
- A clearer path from rest to activity
- Less uncertainty about what is allowed
- Exercises that progress as you improve
